We tried to emulate a holiday favorite- Peppermint Bark! It's our sugar cookie base with a touch of peppermint extract, dark chocolate chips, and crushed candy canes baked right in!

The best!
I look forward to these cookies every Christmas. They are absolutely perfect! I heat them up in the microwave for about 30 seconds and enjoy them with a nice cold glass of milk. They are also very filling. I can only eat two halves and I’m full. Highly recommend them!
