We added Peppermint AND Coconut Extracts to this beautiful Sugar Based Cookie with Vanilla Chips, crushed Candy Canes, and Rolled in Coconut Flakes. DELICIOUS!
Wow. These cookies were amazing! They are exactly as advertised- crispy in the outside, and soft with a generous heaping of chips on the inside! The only problem was having to confess I bought them in response to the many requests for the recipe!
