Halfsies Macaroons (6 Whole Pack)

As always, Halfsies Cookies did not disappoint. We brought Halfsies as the feature item on a dessert tray for Easter and there wasn’t a crumb left to take home with us. Thankfully I stashed a few away in my freezer for later and they’re just as amazing after a few minutes in the oven. The overall favs were the Thicc Mint and the Macaroons (a new one for us!) They are the perfect balance between a classic, home-baked cookie and decadent, gourmet dessert. Even as “halfsies” they’re big enough to share (if you’re willing to).
