I will admit I was somewhat skeptical when I clicked on these, but wow! These are the same perfection that we expect from Halfies Cookie Company! I’m a huge fan of pistachios anyway, but never did I imagine they could be this delicious! I will order these again!

Pleasantly surprised
I don't usually like baked goods with nuts in them, but this cookie was very good. The pistachio's added a good flavor without changing the texture of the cookie at all

Ok but wouldn't get again
I have loved almost every cookie from Halfsies that I've ordered. Typically the flavors are great and I can taste hints of each item in the cookie. And maybe because all of the other cookies have been so great that this was just kind of a miss for me. I could definitely taste the white chocolate but the Pistachio was so subtle that if you hadn't told me it was Pistachio I probably wouldn't have realized. I think you'd like them if you ordered them because honestly Halfsies doesn't make a bad cookie, but like me you wouldn't order a second batch. Fun to try, just not for me.
