Not your grandma’s oatmeal cookie. Add in the buttery toffee flavor of butterscotch chips and that sets this one over the top.

While I love oatmeal cookies and these are great oatmeal cookies, I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have more of a butterscotch flavor to them. They are still moist and delicious
