We tried to emulate a holiday favorite- Peppermint Bark! It's our sugar cookie base with a touch of peppermint extract, dark chocolate chips, and crushed candy canes baked right in!
I look forward to these cookies every Christmas. They are absolutely perfect! I heat them up in the microwave for about 30 seconds and enjoy them with a nice cold glass of milk. They are also very filling. I can only eat two halves and I’m full. Highly recommend them!

We’ve been searching for the freshest baked goods delivered to our home in Puerto Rico and Halfsies is, by far, the best. Their special packaging makes all the difference and, just 15 seconds in the microwave, they taste as if they came out of our oven. Total perfection!!
