This cookie makes me want to make a pecan pumpkin pie.

These. are. WONDERFUL. Do yourselves a favor if you like those warm, feels-like-a-grandma-hug pumpkin pie spices and get a pack of these. For me, this cookie is almost perfect; the only thing *I* think I'd change is the graham cracker... it was a net zero since it lost it's crisp. It was like it wasn't even there.

Great Balance

Flavor was great! Originally was slightly worried that it would be too sweet, simply based off of the name, but the pecans balance the whole thing out really nicely!! Great cookie!
