We added lime zest and juice and vanilla chips to our delicious coconut sugar cookie.  Made with shredded coconut, coconut extract, and rolled in coconut before baking.

Coocoo for coconut lime cookies!

Recently served these cookies at my daughter’s wedding and they were a huge hit! All of the cookies were devoured quickly. We just love, love, love these cookies. You can’t go wrong with any of their flavors.
