WE OFFER PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING WITH TRACKING & INSURANCE
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or slowly moving packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
We are responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file the claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit.
We are not responsible for weather related delays.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages.
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. The restocking fee is to cover these fees.
